We propose to you to the hiring with the doors of Avignon, this beautiful air-conditioned property with private swimming pool, of a surface of 200 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 68 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of about 3 000 m². Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 68 m² with a lounge area, TV, fireplace (wood provided on request), a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A toilet
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: parental suite with a bed (180*200) with its bathroom (bath and Italian shower) and two single beds (90*190)
- An independent WC
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160*200)
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160*200)
- A shower room with Italian shower.
Outside :
- A 13m*5m swimming pool (private, not heated), open from April to the end of October (dates not contractual) equipped with a roller shutter.
- Two beautiful terraces (east and west facing) with furniture (wrought iron and rattan) to enjoy the beautiful days
- A beautiful garden of 1 500 m².
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Le Pontet, in a very pleasant environment with trees. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
